Terms of Service

By accessing or using ShipPosts (“the Service”), operated by GoUnlimited Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 7 Bell Yard, London, WC2A 2JR, United Kingdom, and available at shipposts.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ShipPosts is a SaaS platform that connects to your professional tools (GitHub, Linear, Slack, Notion, Google Calendar, Jira, Figma, Claude Code), extracts metadata from your work activity, and uses AI to generate draft content for professional social media platforms. Nothing is published without your explicit approval.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

You retain ownership of all content you create, edit, or publish through ShipPosts. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service — including sending it to AI providers for draft generation.

You are solely responsible for content you publish to external platforms through ShipPosts. We do not endorse or assume liability for published content.

When you connect integrations, you authorize ShipPosts to read metadata (titles, subjects, timestamps) from those services. We access data using read-only scopes wherever possible and never modify your external accounts, repositories, or communications.

Drafts generated by ShipPosts are AI-assisted suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, and you should verify any factual claims before sharing publicly.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Publish content that is defamatory, harassing, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond provided APIs
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

We strive to keep ShipPosts available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

ShipPosts integrates with third-party services (LinkedIn, GitHub, Slack, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policies will be presented at the time of purchase. Free tier users may be subject to usage limits.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipPosts and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShipPosts and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your published content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
